Target Goal
This client had recently moved and her home was filled with boxes. She wanted her entire house decluttered and organised, needing assistance and structure to go through everything. We began by unpacking and organising the most frequently used areas first, decluttering as we went.

Assessment
Many boxes contained items she wasn’t sure about or which room they belonged to. We used the Keep, Donate, Sell, or Bin method to evaluate each item and decide its next step.

Process
We tackled the unpacking room by room, emptying each box and decluttering as we went. Organising items per room allowed us to break the task into manageable sections, making the whole house unpack and organise process far more structured and stress-free.

Result
The client’s home was fully unpacked, decluttered, and organised from the start. She didn’t need to revisit any rooms later, as every space was already functional, structured, and clutter-free.

Target Goal
This client wanted her closet decluttered and organised. We began by assessing how to create functional zones to suit her lifestyle.

Assessment
We discovered she wore gym wear about 80% of the time, so we focused on making this area easily accessible, while placing less frequently worn clothing toward the far end of the closet.

​

Process
All clothes were removed from the closet, and we discussed with the client which items to declutter. Once completed, we reorganised the remaining clothes into clear sections, colour-coded for easy access, and arranged by season for convenience.

Result
The client gained more space and could easily see everything in clearly defined zones. The goal of a decluttered and organised closet was successfully achieved!

Target Goal
This client wanted to create more space in her large, beautiful kitchen, which, despite having plenty of storage cupboards, was filled with items over time.

Assessment
She had inherited multiple sets of cutlery, containers, and crockery, often two or three of each item. This decluttering process was handled sensitively, as it involved items with sentimental value, but it was necessary to create functional space.

​

Process
We removed duplicate items and stored them safely in boxes in the loft. This allowed the client to reclaim space in her kitchen immediately while keeping the option to review and potentially part with sentimental items later, at her own pace.

Result
The kitchen gained much-needed space, with excess items either safely stored, sold, or responsibly disposed of, leaving a functional and organised environment.

Target Goal
This client wanted her games room to be structured for multiple family uses, rather than serving as a dumping ground. (Unfortunately, no photos were taken for some of this project.)

Assessment
Alongside the games room, we addressed her extensive shoe collection, which had taken over a walk-in wardrobe and multiple cupboards, with most pairs still in boxes.

​

Process
We laid out all the shoes across three rooms so the client could clearly see what she owned. Together, we decluttered surplus pairs for sale or donation, grouped shoes by season, and stored duplicates away from regularly used items.

​

Result
Implementing a 1-in-1-out policy helps minimise future clutter. The client now has a more functional games room and an organised shoe collection, with aftercare advice provided to maintain the system.
